spent the morning doing some new trail mapping/marking. body definitely tired and legs were heavy but all systems are good to go. right calf seems a little tight at the achilles junction but I think it just needs some stretching out.

Easy run but play the volume by ear. If you feel very good and the hip is 100% then run ~1:30 up to 2:00 again but a tad easier than yesterday, steady cruising at MAF in the first half to 155 max in the second half and run flat for today.
