hills baby...hills. felt awesome this morning and hit every big hill in Stow.
Training Plan Entry
Run- Easy recovery jogging just to shake things out a bit and catch up on recovery. Today could also be a day off if you feel particularly sore or beat up. Don't force it today- if you need a mental break then chill.
No HR above 140 and run 30:00 up to 50:00 depending on soreness and fatigue. Getting to the gym today would be good and sit in the sauna for ~20:00 with solid massage work for all leg muscles. Very good hydration.
