left hamstring a little tight but I can work it out through the day...otherwise nice and easy run. No food or fluids.

3-4 miles very relaxed and easy. even if you feel great I Only want 4 miles MAX. Run easy and natural and listen to your body, if you're sore at all then consider taking today off!
