If you got 20 yesterday then today can be either a day off or a light bike for recovery.

If you feel great today though then run easy for recovery up to 5 miles is all. Keep it easy!

because I took yesterday off due to ankle soreness I tacked on some extra today as I was successful in getting the bandaging and wrapping done right...it was a very good run and my right ankle (cyst issues) felt absolutely nothing today...took it easy though because I didnt want too much damage on left ankle (bloody hole). All in all a great start to the week.
