Notes

Used setting 11 out of 20 for 15 min. It was slightly harder than moderate but was able to keep a consistent strong pace. LOVE the stairmaster...

Training Plan Entry

Stairmaster at the gym for 15:00. Keep the effort light, ~MAF effort is all. Use smaller steps rather than big steps and try to keep cadence up comfortably high.
