Long. Play the volume be ear today and listen to your body! If you are feeling fatigued then hold this down to just ~17-20 miles. If you feel good (or just OK) then push towards 25-26 miles. As always, the goal is an accumulation of miles over a two day span.

did 4 loops at Wachusett Mountain...first two loops i tried to be conservative and ran 48's...then I just hit the fucking wall full steam and though I was able to go 46 on the last two loops, I was completely beaten. So frustrated but I know this is the way I am supposed to feel. Very difficult mentally to get through today without breaking down.
