woke up and right heel/calf was very tight but after 2 miles or so it loosened up...something clearly is agitated. I have DT today so hopefully between that, the Ibuprofen and rolling I can get it out. Other than that it was a very muddy/slipper run so I just tried to maintain a good speed without dying or drowning. Right hamstring very tight about 6 inches above the knee.
