Steady long run allowing your energy and body to determine the over-all time. If you feel solid then push the duration today. The SF 100 is 13 weeks out so I won’t cap the volume here. If you feel good and get 30 miles then great! MAF/ Z2 focus of course. Start well hydrated and then fuel/ hydrate as needed during the run. A little depletion is totally fine as always. Only eat to preserve the quality/ duration.
