15 at the mountain which pretty much wasted me so went home and ran last 70 minutes with kids and solo. Amazing how fast you lose hill strength.

Training Plan Entry

Hill

Today and tomorrow are interchangeable.

Mountain run for vertical. No real limit here if you feel good. BUT you must balance today and tomorrow. Treat these two days as one run. MAF effort to start and then after ~2 hours just relax and listen to your body. The goal today is ~4-5 hours.
