4 miles just run how you feel but keep it very relaxed. Include 4 X 30" moderate strides just to loosen up. Visualize tomorrow. You need to visualize not only having a great day and feeling good, but also visualize the suffering. And then visualize still running strong and not giving up even when you're dying.
Biggest meal is breakfast with a light dinner. Hydration is normal, don't pee more than every 2-3 hours. Sodium intake is normal today.
