never thought id miss the inferno blacktop in GC but three days of running in deep snow has got me nostalgic. felt better today overall but I dont think i ran a straight line the entire run as the under ice crust on the snow kept me weaving. right soleus/heel still extremely tight and left glute/psoas also still tight. gotta keep working them. was running 6:50/8:50 on the 10 x :45 sprint/rest section

1:00 all run how you feel. If you feel good then run natural.
Towards the end though, do 10 X 45" strides. The strides should be at ~10k race pace- hard but controlled with good form and fast leg turnover.
Jog easy after each for just 1:00.
