Index: 37. I wore a sweatshirt tonight and I was glad that I did. There seemed to be a bit more wind and it was pretty chilly when I was running into the wind. I never could get into a rythmn tonight and it made for a frustrating workout. I did listen to some new music tonight though on the MP3: Gentle Giant (Octopus) and Genesis (Foxtrot).
