Index: 32. My right knee was giving me some trouble and I wasn't sure why. I figured it was either my shoes showing their mileage or some effects of the difficult run yesterday or perhaps a combination of the two. I also can't help but wonder if I'm having some IT Band problems. I'll have to keep an eye on it.
