Index: 24. This was the most brutal workout I've had in a long time. My schedule called for 6 to 8 hills. Well, that means I did six of them (and I was lucky to even do that many). After warming up by taking the Hinkson Trail spur off of the MKT Trail to Carrie Francke Drive, I did the following six hill repeats:

3) 1:59
4) 1:55
5) 1:55
