Notes
This was just a great run. We had a great turnout for the Lunatic long run and I felt pretty good for the duration of the run. Dale and Dan Heaviland were great company for the whole way as was my favorite running partner ever (Elly) for the first several miles. Obviously, I am very encouraged.
