Notes

Index: 14. I pushed it hard today (perhaps even maxing out) with my last five miles all being sub-7:30. My last two miles were rough though. Overall, I was encouraged since I now know that I can run a 10K at a sub-7:30 pace. Though my fitness has improved drastically over the last year, I have a couple of years to go before I can maintain this pace for the marathon distance.
