Index: 36. The demon hill did not scare me as much this morning and I was able to have a fairly successful workout. I ran up Chapel Hill four times (and probably could have done a fifth but I needed some energy to run the 2-plus miles back to the office):
1) 4:40 (2:16 up, 2:24 down)
2) 4:46 (2:16 up, 2:30 down)
3) 4:46 (2:15 up, 2:31 down)
4) 4:42 (2:14 up, 2:28 down)
