Notes

I made this run just a tad bit longer so that I could surpass 1500 miles on the year. I am currently on pace to exceed my goal of 3000 miles for the year. (I'm 28 days ahead of last year's pace.) Even though my legs felt pretty tired on the last five miles, I was very pleased with how I felt this morning.
