DP: 47°. This was perhaps one of my finest race efforts. I started hard and was able to maintain through the middle miles and then finished strong. It would seem that the heart rate training has not slowed me down at all, since I was able to do this (set a huge PR) at the end of a high mileage week. The longer warm-up felt good as well. I ate half of a Hooah! bar this morning about two hours before the race and also downed a Gu immediately beforehand. These all seemed to help me run a great race.
