COMMENTS: I have been a bit rundown due to the move and all the stress surrounding that ordeal. As a result, I've been lacking motivation for some of my workouts. I was especially dreading this quality workout. It was quite challenging and took all of my mental fortitude to gut it out, but I finished it.
