TEMPERATURE: 80?
COMMENTS: Day 48: Due to the CLE conference down at the Lake of the Ozarks, I had to push my long weekend run back into the afternoon when it was hot and sunny. As a result, I struggled during the last few miles as the heat started taking its toll on me. My left calf felt great, but did start tightening ever so slightly during the tenth mile.
