Index: 31. The conditions were miserable today for my quality workout. The rain and wind were a huge factor as my shoes were waterlogged and half of my speed route was just brutal running against the wind. In fact, I was still freezing cold after my two-mile warm-up.

Interestingly enough, after the faster quarter-mile repeats, the last two miles felt fairly easy.
