I am grateful that the skies were overcast this morning as my run was plenty challenging as it was. I carried a bottle of Gatorade and a bottle of water with me to the park and ended up drinking it all during the run.

Obviously, I struggled keeping the last three miles at threshold pace. Oh well...this workout beat me up.
