Index: 30°. There was a nice contingent to join me for this quality long run (Phil, Dale, Mike, Tom, Heather, Maria and Daniel). I had hoped to get in speedwork at the beginning and end of the run, but the weather had other ideas. I had to cut the run short, but it was a good workout nonetheless.
