88% humidity. This was a dreadful workout in dreadful conditions. I went without my camelbak since I didn't want it getting in the way during my fast miles. So I carried a water bottle to Cosmo (which was a pain) and occasionally sipped from it.

After my first "moment of truth" during the fifth threshold mile, I had another one when I realized I was supposed to run another seven miles to complete this workout.
