I figure that beginning with today's workout, this is going to be my toughest training week of the season. If I can get through this week, I'll have a ton of confidence for finishing out the training leading up to the Columbus Marathon on October 21st.
The weather this week is going to be a big hurdle as this morning was dreadful and I was barely able to hang on and complete the workout. My shoes were so heavy (soaked with sweat), that the last two mile intervals were tough to stay on pace.
