COMMENTS: Index: -12?. I joined up with the CMCers this morning and I'm glad I did. It was so stinkin' cold this morning that there would have been no chance in the world that I would have run on my own. I pushed it pretty hard due to the cold and my last mile clocked in at 6:45.
