Index: 15. Overtraining Alert! This morning when I woke up, I was tired, sore and had no desire to one mile, much less eight. But I went out and put in the miles nonetheless. I tend to feel overtrained on Thursdays after my big mid-week run on Wednesday. I slowed things down a bit and had a nice run. I'll try to get some good sleep these next two nights to be ready for my long weekend run.
