DP: 27°. This workout always appears intimidating beforehand, but is actually very doable. This is the first time in my marathon training where I've actually been able to maintain pace for all 15 miles. I am very encouraged and now think that it is reasonable for me to shoot for a 7:15-7:20 pace in Boston.
Goal pace for these 15 miles was 7:17.
