Notes

HOT (82). No track practice. At WMS alone ran 4 sets of 8-laners (move 1 lane in/out each lap): c 2.13 miles each set: 8.5 total. Ave 8:40 pace, 18:20/set, so 73+ minutes. 2-3 min water break between sets. Very dry/hot, but didnt limit run. Legs tired on 4th set (less than long GF run tho). Felt strong on 3rd set: "downhill"! Cardio fine (c 120-125). L heel/achilles got stiff: ice it.
