Ran hard w BJ Smith. Neg split 800s. Typically 1:40-45 + 1:25-35 = 3:12-3:25. Ran last 200 hard vs BJ--finishing equal. (She dropped back on #5). Felt strong. Legs stiff after. Full mile jog warm and cool.
