Strong run to GF from BP. Led fast S loop (.9 mile at 7:00 pace), + loop at 7:45 pace. Easier 1.5 home.
L knee sore: tough 60 min Erin workout at 8:15, lots of squats/lunges/jumps. Sore knee! Ice it.
