Jog to Derby Downs (& back)=2 miles. 8xMcRedmond hill (100m very steep trail) ave 27-8. 3x1/2 of TripleCrown Rd (c. 200 m, to trail to north) ave :65. Tough workout. Cardio ok (just), but legs weak: esp L quad. Could not have made top of Triple Crown Rd hill without stopping, at least after 8 x 100 trail hills. Very tired on way back, but no strain/pain. Need to do more of this! Last spring Anne Rick & I ran 5 x the whole Triple Crown hill! Work to get back there.
