Frank & John. 2 x 15 min. = (for me) 2 x 2 mile. First 14:40 (even 7:20s). Second 15:25 (7:45-7:50)--intended slower mile followed by faster 4th mile, but felt tired. Fresh in first 15 min run, tired in second (after week off). Very cold. Didn't get warm til mid of 2nd run.
