From bakery w grp, then on own, nursing R hammy. 1.1 mile Madison/Wyatt/Shepherd. Then 8 x .75 WW/Shepherd loop at 9:30-10:00 pace. No pain. R hammy & L knee (outside) bit stiff. Steady up WW hill (2 min). Felt "OK." Greg dizzy, walking.
