Shore road, trail to BH. loop there, then cemetery hill alone. Met mid-group coming down near top. Behind them via Taylor cutoff trail to BH (ivy pullers there, new bridge). Sweep behind Marie Miller, Akio Hansen, short route back to ramp. Felt great going out. R ITB/hip stiff by BH. Had to go easy coming back. Lots of rubbing w water bottle!
