Track alone. 1.5 m warm (8:30). 14-16 (?? lost count) x 100 in :22 (800 pace) w continuous 200 jog (10 pace). 1/2 m cool. Felt strong. Aimed at 25s for 100s, but all 22. Few 21s running after kids (Lindsey W, Audrey W) who were doing a continuous relay .
