SUN! Felt fast, strong. Ran w Anne, BJ. Also Marianne, John, Frank. Controlled 7:00 mile at even pace (3:31 3:29). Fast (3:04) 800. Then faster 6:45 mile, speeding up the last 1/4 (3:28, 3:17; 1K in 4:17). Neg split 3:12 800 (1:40, 1:32). Both wind & legs felt good. L heel barely noticeable. BJ close behind at beginning, faded in 2nd mile. Anne jogged first mile, ran rest hard, few seconds behind me. FUN!
