XC kids at aid station in PtG. Ran back to car for phone (1.3 m), then return (1.3), out to clearcut (1 m). Back w Mike (1 m) + south loop w him (1 m) and clearcut trail (.7 m). Back on own, as sweep (2 m). Tempo w Mike (2.7 <8), rest easy 9-10 alone (5.6)= Total 8.3. Walk back to car w kids--walked in too. Legs tired. L heel stiff tingly.
