most of Forest Park roads were covered by a thin sheet of ice
a lot of people fell down
now have a big blood blister on the right ball of foot and it hurts like the dickens
the race was awesome except for the ice, lots of uh-oh be careful running.
hills were icy
2nd lap was a little better as some melting occurred
