Bouncy

Notes

Chill bouncy. Was on my own until the cool down. Decent run though. Calmed the mind. Legs hurt, they're getting used to the high intensity every day. Honestly, not a bad idea to double but I will do doubling with XT instead of running so I can get off my feet more.
