7:04, 6:47 (Kept it even.) Nice pace all the way. Snowy and windy. It was fun out there with all those geese.

Nice 200s too. Legs are sore, but it's a good feeling knowing tomorrow I'm just doing yoga. I'll look to do a progression run on Thursday. It will be a good one!
