My paces were very sad. Ran 13 minutes, then 5x30m flyers, then finished until I hit 50. I was planning on hitting 60 but time running because eI had class at 9, plus I couldn't feel my body going any fast than 8:30 for some reason. My body the past four days has been giving up on me. I feel very heavy, with shin splints on my right leg, plus a side stitch that happens even when I'm walking. My right knee is still clicking like it was last week. My whole right side seems out of whack. My mentality has been dropping because of my lack of success with running this week. I felt amazing last week at camp, going faster than I had before. Maybe that's what's causing my pain these last few days? Just catching up to me? I'm not sure, but I hope it goes away soon. I iced my shins today twice.
