^-^ I. Felt. Fantastic. 600s were at 3k pace (82-84) 1200s were at 10k pace (93s for a 39:00 10K) Granted, I was running at a slower pace than I usually do for workouts on purpose. I did slow down each rep, but I felt happy and I was enjoying myself running out there. I was honestly imagining that I was in the race doing the 10k. The pace felt good to where I think I could possibly keep at it for 25 laps hahahhaaaaa well for most of the laps. The music playing got me pumped too (: Oh, rest was 1:30 between each rep and ~4 minutes between the 600s and 1200s
