8x45 second surges, did them at the beginning of each mile
around mile 6 or 7 my tummy was not wanting me to keep running, so we made a detour and I found a bathroom and I felt much better after that haha I ran with SlimShady and A-Drizzle :D It was fun to run with a map to go off of!!!
