Notes

Short 2 mile run (last of season?); first mile hard, but HR low and decent speed. Second mile HR up up up and harder on lungs, though muscles felt fine. POOR nutrition recently (um.... no meal in 24 hours), but "good" sleep? (12 hr last night.)

Temp ok... sometimes hot, sometimes cold. Capri tights, LS, vest.

Body felt okay other than ball of foot bruise-y on LF. Didn't feel like neuroma.

Tomorrow will try first back-to-back run. Then skip Saturday and run Sunday to get back on schedule.... if things go well, I might move up to running 4 days/week?
