Right amt of clothes, I think: LS shirt, jacket, capris (need full pants), hat, gloves which came off half way through.
At 1 mile I had been pushing too hard to complete at that pace (which was fine..t he point was to get out and do something). However, when I slowed up my right foot crampy pain came back. :-/ I will have to work on stretching it out A LOT i think. Going to try to keep running these 2 mile chunks for a bit. I want to do more, but let's work on consistency and this right foot.
