Notes
Wanted to make this a five, but with the red eye last night and my right foot stabbing pains... 2 is good. The foot hurt a bit, but not too bad... Hurt more walking to/from work, actually. The pace started off good and slow. Then I just kept picking it up. By the very end, I was feeling it, but for the first 1.4 or so miles, I was great with this pace. There may be hope for a sub-30 5K after all!
