Felt pretty good. Pushed it at times. Overall, not bad. My left hip is a bit tweaky, but that could be for a number of reasons.... I still can't quick figure out how to walk "normally" so it always feels weird.
Stat's aren't quite as skewed as the splits lead you to believe. The first mile was 3 min walking, 8 running. The second was 4 min walking and 7:37 running. (Just do to the timing of the 2-1 splits)
