Left knee post-Sunday run was in bad, bad shape. Right knee wasn't much better. Believe it's ITBS (\rho_0). Today wanted 3-5, but held at 2 after some tightness and pain on foot impact/plant. Will ice and drug and stretch more. Post run weights and stretching. Specifically worked out my glutes and hip ad/abductors as well as some quad work. Stretching of ITB for so long it was painful to let it go!
